30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your GO2BITES! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

What Can Be Returned

  • Unopened products in original packaging
  • Products received in error
  • Damaged or defective products (we'll replace these immediately)
  • Products that don't meet your expectations

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Opened or partially consumed products (unless defective)
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Products without proof of purchase
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@go2bites.com with your order number
  2. We'll provide you with a return authorization number and shipping label
  3. Pack your items securely in the original packaging
  4. Attach the provided shipping label and drop off at any authorized carrier location
  5. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive your return.

Shipping costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@go2bites.com with photos of the damage. We'll send you a replacement right away at no additional cost, and you won't need to return the damaged item.
